"Issues with Spectrum Email Hosting"
For several years, our church relied on Spectrum (previously known as Time Warner Business) for our email services. When they decided to discontinue hosting, they sent out a notification. Dealing with Spectrum was a real headache since they kept claiming they weren't the ones hosting the email. Turns out, back when they were still TWC, they had a contract with Mimecast for that service. Mimecast wouldn't hand over any records because their agreement was with Time Warner Cable. Eventually, a representative from Hostway dedicated a lot of time to untangle the situation and successfully switched all the MX records and addresses. Since then, our email has been running smoothly. We couldn't be happier!

"Terrible Experience with This Hosting Provider"
This hosting provider is really disappointing. I had my email hosted with them, and one day, my account got suspended due to a hack. I had already set up two-factor authentication with many companies linked to my email, but Hostway just wouldn’t help me find a solution to my issue.
